The AEQ method is very successful for people that realized they have to work on themselves hard in order to free themselves from pain.
2 months of daily socializing with you online and learning and getting to know myself with your help, which was very useful, are behind me. It will soon be four years that I was engaged in AEQ somatic exercises. Both workshops, but especially AEQ breathing helped me a lot, that I started to relax even more, that I relaxed my "strained" ribs and could breathe fully. There is still a lot of work ahead of me, of course I will not give up after the workshop.
