I would like to thank you for the things I experienced this month. I enjoyed your direct and honest explanations of my conditions. My observations after one month are such: back pain is completely gone. Even after having an hour-long walk. I now enjoy going on walks and have once more felt the genuine ‘’childlike’’ movement.

I would recommend the exercises to anyone suffering with chronic pain.

I read your book ‘’Lahkotno iz kroničnih bolečin’’ (Gently freeing yourself of chronic pain) during the summer, because I suffered from strong pain in my spine and was barely able to walk, especially when attempting to stand up. Going from lying on the bed to standing was nearly impossible. It took me a while to understand the exercises in your book, because all of them are described in great detail.

And the body doesn’t follow my orders. Interesting. It listens, but it adds in a move or two.

I tried a few approaches already, but these exercises and the exercise routine have shown the most effect. Or at least they’re the most promising, because I still have quite a few months or years of change ahead of me. More than 40 years of hiding is not revealed in a few weeks. These exercises are certainly something else. They’re different than the lessons we learn throughout our lives: higher, faster, and stronger.

Guided exercises at a certain hour “force” you to take the time to contact your body, which brings certain insights…

The program is clear and logical, thanks to a good and thought out explanation given to its attendees. They also become aware of the importance of balance and harmony in life, in which time plays an invaluable role.

I admit, it was often not pleasant to hear the “hard truth”, which you definitely didn’t embellish in any way…

Throughout the whole program I felt different changes on different levels – memories of my early childhood resurfaced (some were very vivid) and some memories from around 15 years ago. It’s interesting that memories from in between haven’t appeared (yet). Throughout the exercises, I continued to observe in amazement the reactions of my body, which I did not expect.

I am suffering from atopic dermatitis. In my search for a cure, due to the unboreable itching and being unfit for normal work, at the age of 50, I stumble upon the AEQ method and Mr. Aleš Ernst. Aleš told me I require constant guidance. I wasn’t aware of this. He told me that I have sent him 100 emials over the course of three months. Oof, that is a lot.

I realized that I needed something to help me be more aware of my body and emotions, but other methods were either too fast or too abstract.
