AEQ BREATHING
Breathing is our primary task for survival; the only activity performed every moment in a day. Our well-being, state of mind, and emotional responses depend on the quality of our breathing.

AEQ BREATHING
AEQ breathing allows us to change the tone of our breathing muscles and alter our way of breathing. It derives from the belief that changing and adapting emotional expression to our surroundings’ demands requires a change in breathing. The more we alter our emotional expression to suit our surroundings, the more chronic it becomes, and so the change and unreality of our breathing also become chronic. Once the different breathing forms become chronic, we lose our awareness, and it becomes normal to us.
With time, this “new normal” leads us to health problems.
AEQ breathing was developed, directed, and shaped in a way that the patient can easily understand these processes, becomes aware of them, and begins leading a conscious change of breathing, which will eventually change the way he expresses his emotions, leading to an increase in emotional competency and self-esteem.

Perhaps you didn’t know? Correct nasal breathing can help fight viral infections by strengthening your immune system. With correct breathing, we can get enough nitric oxide in our lungs and blood, which allows our blood…

AEQ BREATHING
Accepting/giving, opening/closing, expanding/shrinking are all words that can be compared to breathing – inhale/exhale. The purpose of breathing is to exchange gasses between air and blood in our lungs as efficiently as we can.

AEQ in media:

60 days in a row, being present at the same hour in lectures and listening to very deep topics on the subject: the influence of the past on our lives, mutual relationships, behavioral patterns, the function of the subconscious, consciousness, and body, the search for the causes of chronic abnormalities in movement and breathing is not easy. It’s gaining knowledge, a higher awareness, the creation of healthy routines and habits, and the first step towards fixing the disorder within us.
Thank you very much for the breathing modules you sent. Everything you gave us is the path to great changes, if we work with common sense, as you wrote. I am glad I joined your program. It was difficult at first. I resisted, but that’s how this thing goes. I understand, I observed everything…
Throughout the whole program I felt different changes on different levels – memories of my early childhood resurfaced (some were very vivid) and some memories from around 15 years ago. It’s interesting that memories from in between haven’t appeared (yet). Throughout the exercises, I continued to observe in amazement the reactions of my body, which I did not expect.
I must express my thoughts about the program in writing, despite it not being easy… I feel like a writer who hit a block and lost the silver lining of the story he’s writing, crumpling paper into balls and tossing them into an ever-increasing pile in the garbage can… I’m staring at the wall and trying to collect my thoughts, despite the fact that almost every day during the program and after its end, I had a new flashback, which I now can’t remember specifically.
If I compare participation in this program with the previous two, I have learned more during it, on a deeper level and in a clearer form (it prevents me from continuing to close my eyes). Even though there were several realizations, in my opinion, by participating in the previous two programs, I prepared the ground for the last one, so they seem to me to be equally important milestones on the way to today.
Thank you for all the material you sent. They complement the modules very nicely. For me, the module was exactly what I was looking for right now. The tensions in the body subside and with them some pains, for example in the lower back when lying on the back with my legs stretched, pains behind the right shoulder blade and above the left hip, which remained as a result “faceplanting” on the asphalt a few years ago.
In the first program, I enjoyed the exercises performed while lying down. When you announced that we would do a standing exercise, my legs began to shake, suddenly became soft, and I simultaneously became nervous. I had battles with myself. Why do I easily do exercises lying down, but standing up literally blocks me?
I signed up because I was diagnosed with asthma six months beforehand. I’ve been suffering from unusual respiratory problems for about a year, which began randomly. As it gradually worsened, I suffered from the symptoms at work more commonly than at home. The pain in my chest and the inability to take a full breath triggered further anxiety and panic. I “failed” the asthma test very quickly.
The 30-day breathing program was very intense for me. I really liked your way of giving information, answers and leading breathing modules and exercises. Clear instructions and plenty of repetitions were really helpful and welcome. In addition to the daily group sessions, I performed the learned exercises once a day.
I do the exercises regularly and I know that this time is intended only for me (30 minutes seemed long at first, but when I go really slowly into the exercise, they pass as if in a flash – new experiences) and for discovering my depths, so I do the exercise differently because I know that I have time for all the details and not in a way that just satisfies the mind, superficially and the result was also suitable for that.
The program was a really pleasant surprise to me. Your explanations/perspective on problems were a breath of fresh air. I hope I will fully grasp your teachings and will be able to change my subconscious. Now, after a week, I also see that it’s one thing to do exercises by myself and another when you guided us through the exercises…
2 months of daily socializing with you online and learning and getting to know myself with your help, which was very useful, are behind me. It will soon be four years that I was engaged in AEQ somatic exercises. Both workshops, but especially AEQ breathing helped me a lot, that I started to relax even more, that I relaxed my “strained” ribs and could breathe fully. There is still a lot of work ahead of me, of course I will not give up after the workshop.
I am suffering from atopic dermatitis. In my search for a cure, due to the unboreable itching and being unfit for normal work, at the age of 50, I stumble upon the AEQ method and Mr. Aleš Ernst. Aleš told me I require constant guidance. I wasn’t aware of this. He told me that I have sent him 100 emials over the course of three months. Oof, that is a lot.
My first program is slowly coming to an end… With your help, I am on a path to getting to know myself. I am aware that there is a long road ahead of me, and that it will take a lot of determination to even come close to my desired results. (I really hope I make it, because determination is my main weakness)
During the AEQ breathing program, I began to consciously feel my diaphragm for the first time ever. I felt how shallow my breathing is due to the rigidity of my stomach and the upper part of my lungs. During the day, I noticed that I was constantly not only contracting my stomach but abnormally pulling it in (partly due to obesity and shame until the end of my teenage years).
