Regular practice also shows me more clearly my condition, the connection of pain in the elbows with the neck and lower back, as well as the tightness of the muscles on the back of the legs.

Above all, the time devoted to leading the exercises - a maximum of 30 minutes - is a very good choice, as it allows me to receive information with a deeper awareness. Since there are not too many of them, my conscious part can process them without stress.
