In the beginning, I pressed my heel and shoulders with all my strength and all possible muscles into the ground…

On the right side of the back muscles at the level of the shoulder blade, it cut me as if I had been stabbed with a knife. All the muscles on the body were activated; only then, with your warning, did I gradually relax the ones I didn't need. When I press my right shoulder into the ground, my arm muscles still participate in the movement.

I had a poor connection with my body, but I wanted to achieve this by force.

In the beginning, when I was still getting to know the exercise, I told myself what needed to be done as I read in the description of the exercises you sent us. When I understood the exercise, I mainly performed it automatically, like any other exercise. It was important for me to do the exercises for 20 minutes, and I did far too many repetitions because I did the exercises too fast.

I realized how ineffective, silenced, and shallow my breath was to take a step out of my self-doubt, stand up for myself and gain basic respect for my surroundings, especially my home environment.

Your program gave me a lot. Your words constantly echo through my head. Especially the saying that if you hit a wall, it feels no pain, but you do.

Thank you, I am very pleased. The structure going forward also makes a lot of sense. They keep me grounded and I am very comfortable with the rational basis of knowledge that once came to me through yoga.

With a better understanding of myself, which I deepened during the program, I better understand why certain things represent greater limitations for me than others.

Raising emotional maturity is not an easy thing; there is no room for pretense. Aleš led the program professionally and creatively, with many additional explanations, which enabled the participants to understand our states and the feelings we experienced during the program. Sometimes the explanation was not pleasant to hear; it revealed a lot of inner pain, repressed traumas, fear, and other unpleasant feelings.

Thank you for the explanations, answers, resolved dilemmas, and all the knowledge imparted.

The key component that made the difference for me is understanding the situation through explanation and, as a result, a new possibility of acting more efficiently. Even a partial awareness of the causes that led to SMO/SMA was enough for me to start turning the wheel again in the opposite direction, which led me to a crisis in which I considered visiting a psychiatrist and taking antidepressants. There was more relaxation, less passivity.
