2 months of daily socializing with you online and learning and getting to know myself with your help, which was very useful, are behind me. It will soon be four years that I was engaged in AEQ somatic exercises. Both workshops, but especially AEQ breathing helped me a lot, that I started to relax even more, that I relaxed my “strained” ribs and could breathe fully. There is still a lot of work ahead of me, of course I will not give up after the workshop. I will continue to implement everything learned from breathing protocols to AEQ exercises. My breathing pause is currently 20 seconds, I sleep with my lips taped shut and have never, at least not consciously, breathed through my mouth. Since I have a new colleague, I can FINALLY follow your advice to simply work less, because I really can’t work that much anymore. There are exceptions, where I have to work all day for a few days at the beginning of the month, which makes me very tired, but then there are days when I can rest, and I only work 7-12 hours. Then it’s nice at home and after a short rest (20 min.) I can do something at home, in the garden or in the house in harmony with my interior, which I adapt, as my perception and behavior also change. Since my mother-in-law is no longer at home, my husband and I are both much more relaxed, we also cooperate better in household chores, what we cook together,… He didn’t even look in the kitchen before! It shows that we are changing the tradition and our ancestors no-longer have an influence on us!
I am feeling well. I managed to beat my fear of respiratory pauses, I am performing module 6 better. I am no longer an unstable mess when performing the standing half-moon. Expressing Newtons 3rd law is no longer a problem, I am able to act differently. Whenever there was a conflict of interest I used to just scream on the person I argued with (for example, coworker) and then felt bad about doing so. Now, I fill my lungs with air, prepare myself and then, determined, tell them how and what. I feel victorious after such conversations. It was from your psychological comments that I learned a lot, realized that there are many of us, and that I myself have made quite a lot of progress and that I still have a lot to work on.
The AEQ method is very successful for people that realized they have to work on themselves hard in order to free themselves from pain. These things take time, and when success begins to show, you realize that not a minute with you and the program was wasted.
