I participated in the AEQ breathing program for the second time, and it was certainly an experience for me both times.
In the first program, I enjoyed the exercises performed while lying down. When you announced that we would do a standing exercise, my legs began to shake, suddenly became soft, and I simultaneously became nervous. I had battles with myself. Why do I easily do exercises lying down, but standing up literally blocks me?
During the second AEQ breathing program, I began to feel my body. During exercises, while standing, I no longer had a feeling of fear and panic. I felt strength. My breath, which in the spring lasted max. 3 seconds, now lasted 10 seconds, which I am very proud of. I also felt self-confidence and inner peace. I made changes in my life. I started giving my time and energy to people who appreciate and love me; I shut out everyone else. Even in a partnership relationship, communication has become easier.
This made life much simpler.
