AEQ BREATHING

Breathing is our primary task for survival; the only activity performed every moment in a day. Our well-being, state of mind, and emotional responses depend on the quality of our breathing.

AEQ BREATHING

AEQ breathing allows us to change the tone of our breathing muscles and alter our way of breathing. It derives from the belief that changing and adapting emotional expression to our surroundings’ demands requires a change in breathing. The more we alter our emotional expression to suit our surroundings, the more chronic it becomes, and so the change and unreality of our breathing also become chronic. Once the different breathing forms become chronic, we lose our awareness, and it becomes normal to us.

With time, this “new normal” leads us to health problems.

AEQ breathing was developed, directed, and shaped in a way that the patient can easily understand these processes, becomes aware of them, and begins leading a conscious change of breathing, which will eventually change the way he expresses his emotions, leading to an increase in emotional competency and self-esteem.

Most people begin to breathe incorrectly so that they can keep fear, love,
or anger under control.

The unique AEQ breathing approach allows for gradual breathing regulation without the unpleasant consequences of releasing repressed emotions and memories.

It enables changes in the pulsation of the muscles and the gradual regulation of breathing into a proper three-part respiratory rhythm that is harmonized with the current physical and mental state.

TODDLERS AND BREATHING

Toddlers should be correctly breathing unless they are sick or ill. While most newborns begin breathing correctly, very few still maintain natural breathing through their early childhood. Most toddlers lose their much-needed muscle coordination very early in their lives. With the loss of our natural breathing and development of chronic breathing inefficiency, we also change our relationship with stress and our response to it. Our response to stress is exaggerated because we are unable to relax our rigid muscles, which leads to them being tired and weakened. Such a person, due to their weak structure, experiences outside pressures way more severely. This eventually leads to psychophysical problems. They develop chronic muscular tension and become oversensitive to CO2 in their blood.

FIGHTING THE DISEASE: THE INCREDIBLE POWER OF CORRECT NASAL BREATHING

Perhaps you didn’t know? Correct nasal breathing can help fight viral infections by strengthening your immune system.

With correct breathing, we can get enough nitric oxide in our lungs and blood, which allows our blood flow through our body interrupted and provide our vital organs with enough oxygen and nutrients.

Pandemija je omejila in upočasnila naše življenje. Večini je to omogočilo prerazporeditev časa in spreminjanje na bolje; razmislek o življenju naj bi zmanjšal preobčutljivost za nenadne spremembe.

OBSERVE THE WAY YOU BREATHE AND YOU’LL FIND OUT WHO YOU REALLY ARE

Nasal breathing moisturizes and heats the air, prevents the drying of the mucous membrane, removes many pathogens, and raises nitric oxide in one’s blood.

Competition is not a time for an athlete to focus on how well he breathes, but he should be completely focused on the competition.

After training and less difficult exercises or other regular activities, you should breathe through your nose.

WHAT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Humanity was shaped through a struggle for survival caused by a lack of energy, not a lack of time; the body is adapted to this structure and function.

Our lifestyle, mental health, and surroundings determine our psychophysical condition, and we all know that. For many, however, it will be a new realization that due to repetitive muscle tension, improper breathing, and poor body awareness, the quality of our lives is declining.

THE INFLUENCE OF BREATHING OVER SPORTS ACCOMPLISHMENTS

To achieve a goal, the athlete will undergo the most difficult training, the consequences of which will be pain or uncomfortable bodily sensations. The balance between exercise and training will collapse and the effort he put in is followed by inefficiency. That happens because of his belief, that pain is only confirmation for the effectiveness of his training and not to warn him about the dangers of his actions.

AEQ BREATHING

Accepting/giving, opening/closing, expanding/shrinking are all words that can be compared to breathing – inhale/exhale.

The purpose of breathing is to exchange gasses between air and blood in our lungs as efficiently as we can. The oxygen that comes from the air, which the most important substance for a human, thus becomes accessible to all body cells, and in the presence of oxygen, the cells release the energy that the cells need to function.
