I must express my thoughts about the program in writing, despite it not being easy… I feel like a writer who hit a block and lost the silver lining of the story he's writing, crumpling paper into balls and tossing them into an ever-increasing pile in the garbage can… I'm...
AEQ BREATHING
Breathing is our primary task for survival; the only activity performed every moment in a day. Our well-being, state of mind, and emotional responses depend on the quality of our breathing.

AEQ BREATHING
AEQ breathing allows us to change the tone of our breathing muscles and alter our way of breathing. It derives from the belief that changing and adapting emotional expression to our surroundings’ demands requires a change in breathing. The more we alter our emotional expression to suit our surroundings, the more chronic it becomes, and so the change and unreality of our breathing also become chronic. Once the different breathing forms become chronic, we lose our awareness, and it becomes normal to us.
With time, this “new normal” leads us to health problems.
AEQ breathing was developed, directed, and shaped in a way that the patient can easily understand these processes, becomes aware of them, and begins leading a conscious change of breathing, which will eventually change the way he expresses his emotions, leading to an increase in emotional competency and self-esteem.
Most people breathe incorrectly so that they can control their fear, love or rage.
The unique approach of AEQ breathing enables a gradual regulation of breathing without the unpleasant consequences of releasing repressed emotions and memories.
It enables changes in the pulsation of the muscles and the gradual regulation of breathing in a correct three-part breathing rhythm that is coordinated with the current physical and mental state.

I joined this program because I learned, through previous programs, how very tense I am. I began learning how to relax and feel my muscles, as well as how to correctly perform and lead AEQ exercises. I realized how important correct nasal breathing is. Mine was the opposite. It was...
If I compare participation in this program with the previous two, I have learned more during it, on a deeper level and in a clearer form (it prevents me from continuing to close my eyes). Even though there were several realizations, in my opinion, by participating in the previous two...
I feel that by learning how to breathe with your program, I gained one of the strongest tools in my life, which will help me solve current and later challenges in life and will remain with me till my last breath on this planet. After the 30-day breathing program, I...
The program was a really pleasant surprise to me. Your explanations/perspective on problems were a breath of fresh air. I hope I will fully grasp your teachings and will be able to change my subconscious. Now, after a week, I also see that it’s one thing to do exercises by...
2 months of daily socializing with you online and learning and getting to know myself with your help, which was very useful, are behind me. It will soon be four years that I was engaged in AEQ somatic exercises. Both workshops, but especially AEQ breathing helped me a lot, that...
Plenty of issues began to appear after I had surgery five months ago. I managed to mitigate it using manual therapy. About a month ago, I started noticing problems with deep breathing. I felt like I had a lump under my sternum that wouldn't release, and its tension was pulling...
I do the exercises regularly and I know that this time is intended only for me (30 minutes seemed long at first, but when I go really slowly into the exercise, they pass as if in a flash - new experiences) and for discovering my depths, so I do the...
My first program is slowly coming to an end… With your help, I am on a path to getting to know myself. I am aware that there is a long road ahead of me, and that it will take a lot of determination to even come close to my desired...
I have trouble giving you feedback on the effects of the 30-day AEQ breathing program. I immediately signed up on the program for the upper body, and I now have trouble differentiating the effects of the two. Someone close to me gave me a gift card for this program. I...
In the first program, I enjoyed the exercises performed while lying down. When you announced that we would do a standing exercise, my legs began to shake, suddenly became soft, and I simultaneously became nervous. I had battles with myself. Why do I easily do exercises lying down, but standing...
Throughout the whole program I felt different changes on different levels – memories of my early childhood resurfaced (some were very vivid) and some memories from around 15 years ago. It’s interesting that memories from in between haven’t appeared (yet). Throughout the exercises, I continued to observe in amazement the...
I really enjoyed the AEQ Method 30-day upper body program. Maybe even more so than the 30-day AEQ breathing program, although I think the breathing program is more elementary. After the upper body program, I feel considerable flexibility in the upper part of the body. I liked all the exercises,...
Even though 7 years have passed since my first visit to you, I became aware of many undiscovered things about myself with the intensive program of 60 days of breathing. I became aware that the right side of my body was completely contracted, that my right leg did not feel...
I cannot express enough gratitude for your 30-day breathing program. I realized that I needed something to help me be more aware of my body and emotions, but other methods were either too fast or too abstract. Because my body perception was very poor and the stiffness too great, I...
