The first week of daily exercises – morning and evening.

Above all, the time devoted to leading the exercises – a maximum of 30 minutes – is a very good choice, as it allows me to receive information with a deeper awareness. Since there are not too many of them, my conscious part can process them without stress.

The program of regular guided exercise via zoom forced me to go out of my comfort zone, in which I had previously set my own time, and also skipped the exercise several times because my unconscious part decided so, even though the exercises would have been very useful to me.

Although I have already been on private therapy with you, I think that my consciousness is only now hearing and understanding more deeply why it is crucial for me to perform exercises correctly and regularly, which leads to a reduction in pain and stiffness.

For the last two nights, I have also consciously noticed that my neck hurts when I wake up in the morning because I probably have it too tight during the night.

I realized this week in the emotional field that I am much more sensitive, and my tolerance threshold has also decreased.
