Your program gave me a lot. Your words constantly echo through my head. Especially the saying that if you hit a wall, it feels no pain, but you do.
I fix my relationships as much as I can, I allow myself to feel and express emotions and remain in an active, grown up state around others.
I fix and remove situations that endanger, block or limit me.
Your program also gave me security and awareness that I can create safety and structure on my own – with organization and preparation on an act, being aware that I cannot cheat time, and that sometimes you have to take one step at a time.
I also feel that I know the source of my ADHD and try to calm it down, or rather create calm environments when I shatter into pieces.
Thank you, I am very pleased. The structure going forward also makes a lot of sense. I wrote the exercises in advance according to the numbers of the days of the month and I do them whenever I have the time and space for it. They keep me grounded and I am very comfortable with the rational basis of knowledge that once came to me through yoga.
