I really appreciate this program and thanks for all the replies. I’m slowly, at least rationally, understanding what things mean.
But I am aware that I still have a long way to go before I can feel my muscles and know how to consciously relax them. You gave us excellent instructions on the program and I realize that for certain things, everyone has to figure it out on their own and find some other help.
