I do breathing exercises daily with a combination of breathing and lower body exercises.
I’ve noticed that I breathe much easier, I don’t have asthma attacks, and it’s much easier to relax and walk in the hills.
I no longer have anxiety or panic attacks, and I can more easily accept all the situations that happen in my life.
I am more composed, I act more consciously, and I am less forgetful.
After a long time, I was able to talk about my feelings with a man (who is not my boyfriend) in a normal, emotionally mature, honest, direct way. I remained calm, in myself, aware, and even after the conversation, I was calm and accepting of the situation (even though it was not exactly the way I would like it to be).
I have also progressed in relaxation, spontaneity, and authenticity, and I trust life much more.
Even though I barely raised the money for your breathing 1 and 2 programs, I am happy and proud of myself for investing in myself and your program.
