Otherwise, I really admire you, how you figured it all out, connected it,… and I am grateful that life brought me to you.

I'm writing this because I haven't had any serious problems with my body. The only thing that was happening to me was pain in the buttocks, and even this was the result of an injury - slipping on muddy ground due to my dog's movement. I had pain in my right buttock, although I have noticed more rigidity on the left side.

I am more confident and have more self-respect, and I let those around me know it.

During the 3-week program, I made progress in the sense that I managed not only to become aware, but also to internalize certain states, awareness, posture, etc. I no longer wonder if something is right or wrong and I am not in a dilemma or struggling with the feeling of a bad conscience that maybe I have done something wrong.

I am grateful for your clarity and help in changing my subconscious and body.

I noticed a lot of changes after three weeks of AEQ exercises. I now feel when I work too much, so I take time off and relax. I would’ve just pushed on before. For an hour or even several hours in a row, I move more relaxed and healthily, less impulsively and consequently tiring.

When I wake up, I have a bigger desire to work than before I joined this program.

The third week of the program brought a lot of changes in the way I feel things. For the first time ever, I clearly felt the blockade in my neck. Similar things are now happening in both sides of my torso. I can’t think of my neck as a whole in certain positions and I have trouble contracting it completely, even though it would make execution of an exercise easier.

I now go on walks daily, and I walked 400m up a hill without rest and with far less fatigue

I noticed changes in my body daily: immediately after the morning exercise as relief and relaxation of certain parts of the body, the pain in my joints was becoming less severe. Around 10am I felt fatigued so I took an hour long nap (I never took any naps before, I never even lay down to rest). After the evening exercise for the first 10 days, I went to sleep at the usual hour, somewhere between 10.30 and 11.30pm.

I don’t know how to release all the pent up anger, rage, and fear… emotions. I know, a cliché.

I am grateful to attend your guided exercise program thanks to my daughter Barbara. I realized that I urgently need them because I have problems that I don't know and I don't know how to solve, reduce or stop them. For some, I knew that they had their origin from childhood, and then stress and stress.

I am glad I ‘’discovered’’ you and that COVID happened, because it gave me the opportunity to be present on your program that you led through Zoom.

I would like to thank you for the things I experienced this month. I enjoyed your direct and honest explanations of my conditions. My observations after one month are such: back pain is completely gone. Even after having an hour-long walk. I now enjoy going on walks and have once more felt the genuine ‘’childlike’’ movement.

I would recommend the exercises to anyone suffering with chronic pain.

I read your book ‘’Lahkotno iz kroničnih bolečin’’ (Gently freeing yourself of chronic pain) during the summer, because I suffered from strong pain in my spine and was barely able to walk, especially when attempting to stand up. Going from lying on the bed to standing was nearly impossible. It took me a while to understand the exercises in your book, because all of them are described in great detail.
