The Relationship Alignment Program opens a new perspective on the bond between man and woman. During AEQ exercises or throughout the day, I often felt tensions and emotions that I was not consciously aware of. With a better understanding of the male and female principles, their roles in the relationship with each other and in relation to children, I observed my own behavior and gained insight into why I was unsuccessful in resolving certain chronic issues.
A good partnership is not defined merely by the number of years spent together. It is a process that is built over time. A characteristic of a good partnership is inner attraction. Mistakes that we see only in our partner and the inability to face our own suppressed entropic emotions indicate low emotional maturity and chronic contraction of the membrane in one or both partners.
Reduced SMA allows me to become aware of where I truly stand and what I want from the relationship. It reveals how shifting responsibility onto others and seeking a savior for my problems leads to chronic helplessness and resentment. Inner work is essential. This way, I enter the relationship more openly, without unrealistic expectations. With greater emotional maturity, I solve problems more effectively and avoid getting stuck in chronic issues.
Since a partnership can only be built together with my husband, it is crucial that both of us work on ourselves. This increases mutual trust and maintains mutual attraction. The greater the attraction, the less external pressure is needed to stay in the relationship and to keep the spark in our eyes alive.
I recommend the Relationship Alignment Program to everyone—those who are still single and searching for a soulmate, as well as couples who wish to grow old together while maintaining their attraction despite the gray hairs.
