The 30-day breathing program was very intense for me. I really liked your way of giving information, answers and leading breathing modules and exercises.
Clear instructions and plenty of repetitions were really helpful and welcome. In addition to the daily group sessions, I performed the learned exercises once a day.
When performing the program, a lot of memories from my early childhood arose. Memories that severely impacted my ability to communicate with my environment and myself.
I recognized myself in my responses to outside situations. My incidents and accidents gained a new point of view, a new meaning.
The second day after the program ended, I got a swollen throat and tonsils for no apparent reason, coughing up yellow-green mucus. After ten days, the situation calmed down.
I have a feeling that this was a reaction on the work I put in.
The program had a great impact on my body posture, which is now aligned in all directions (left, right and front-back).
Even my expression is improving.
I perform breathing exercises and modules 4 to 5 times a week. I fall into them, clam down and find myself in complete awareness of everything happening around me.
