The research published here is conducted with the aim of determining the impact of learning the AEQ method on chronic and medically unexplained conditions of participants in the online programs of the AEQ method and AEQ breathing. With this, we want to add an objective view and analysis of changes made possible by learning about sensations, feelings, emotions, rules and principles that are important and necessary for the proper functioning of a person and reducing the effects of sensory-motor amnesia and sensory-motor alienation.
