Chronic pain in our upper body; how to take care of that problem

This online program is meant for anyone who experiences pain above the waist. Some people feel it underneath the diaphragm, some when wanting to lift their arms, some have inflammation in the chest area, and some have a stiff neck or difficulties turning their head. You can take care of headaches, migraines, blocked sinuses, and ear ringing with this program. Shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist pain, carpal tunnel, or tennis elbow are all included in the practical and theoretical analysis.
These states have specific reasons and are reflected back to us through all areas of our lives. We feel that our body cannot do what it needs to, which becomes a serious obstacle when wanting to reach our goals. This is why we will explore the deeper reasons for these issues and learn the right AEQ exercises for them. Apart from the exercises, we will also need to discipline our spirit and emotions to benefit from the program.
We have been in a state of powerlessness in our past, but we still bring these same patterns into our present – this is why our body is constantly giving us warning signs in the form of pain that becomes bigger and louder through time because it wants that we change these “toxic habits” of behavior. The reason for pain is our subconscious chronic muscle contraction and the constant stirring of our consciousness by our body because it wants to get our consciousness’ attention so that it can change our behavior and create a gradual change in our unconscious patterns and reactions that keep us in armor even when it is not necessary. Stress and injuries are also involved in the creation of sensory-motor amnesia (SMA). We will lessen or eliminate this kind of body response – based on patterns and reactions to patterns – with AEQ exercises and replace them with new, different ones.
The data shown in the graph are the research results on the efficiency of AEQ programs.
The research has been active since September 2021. The data has been collected from 450 participants of AEQ online programs. We measured the level of chronic pain in participants with a PHQ15 questionnaire that the World Health Organization also uses.
The participants of AEQ online programs show a lessening of chronic pain – one, three, and six months after finishing AEQ online programs.
The graph shows statistically significant differences. The risk is less than 3%, meaning there is at least a 97% certainty that we will become aware of and lessen our chronic pain at online AEQ programs. AEQ live sessions create a very distinctive influence
We will learn how to eliminate sensory-motor amnesia (SMA) by lessening our conscious resistance; through exercises and consideration, we try to create more unity between our conscious self and our unconscious self with the most ease possible by making an effort to lessen the gap between our awareness and the right reaction from our body. It is very hard to achieve this kind of state on our own without the support of an attentive teacher. Working with a teacher creates the extra motivation we need to overcome our negative physical states.
You will get to know more about:
-The specific relationship toward time, work, and burden that causes upper body pain.
-What is the membrane, what is its function, why does modern life eliminate the membrane out of conscious processes, and why does this cause illogical chronic pain.
-The cause of arm pain, shoulder pain, head and neck pain, and what it tells us about life.
-How to get back the flexibility of our chest so that we can create order in the upper body.
-Our arms, face, mouth, and eyes play a role in our ability to self-regulate, express ourselves and sense realistic outer pressures.
-Why does the dividedness between our subconscious, which reacts to changes in behavior negatively, and our consciousness, which desires and needs these changes, cause chronic issues.
-How to change the behavior that brought us pain by changing our flexibility and movement.
You will learn:
-The basics of our nervous and muscular system, which will help you to sense your muscle contractions better and to lessen them.
-A more refined sensitivity to how your body feels, which will help you to evaluate the boundaries of your actions better.
-Rules that will help you create order and harmony between your needs and duties, which will help you to increase the control you have over your actions.
-Five AEQ exercises that will play the main role in eliminating your pain.
THE BEGINNING – 14th January 2023 between 6 PM and 7.30 PM
The program will begin with an online 90-minute introductory lecture. The lecture will be recorded and will be available for replay twice during the 30-day program.
FOLLOWED BY – 30 days of carefully chosen guided AEQ exercises
The live sessions will be scheduled every day except Friday between 6 PM and 7 PM.
The participants who cannot attend the live session due to unforeseen circumstances will receive access to the replay, which they will be able to listen to only once in the next 24 hours. If you are not able to participate live most of the time, then I recommend you do not participate at all because, that way, you will not be able to receive the full benefits of the program. Summary: you will learn from me for 30 days, 60 minutes per day, 6 days per week. I will be guiding you through a prepared exercise for the first 30 minutes of the session and explain to you the causes of the mistakes I will notice participants performing in the second half of the session. In 30 days, you will learn 5 AEQ exercises. We will dedicate 180 minutes of our time to each exercise. I will lead you through exercises in diverse ways and sequences to increase your understanding of the exercises and their influence on SMA.
We will have 6 live sessions per week.
The total program length is 32 hours.
